Terms and Conditions
- Minimum training is 40 hours, all student must adhere to this number of hours.
- If you do not attend the lessons (with prior agreement with BSGS College Leyton) you will be not allowed to enter the exam and no refunds will be given.
- All candidates are required to provide BSGS College Leyton with at least 72 hours notice if they cannot attend. Any notice given after this time limit will not be accepted.
- Certificates will arrive between a 14-21 working day period. Fastrack applicants will receive their certificates between 7-12 working days.
- Students who are withdrawn from the exam because of a poor level of English will have a period of 6 months to improve their English and return without incurring any additional costs. Any student returning after this period will need to pay the full fee again.
- All payments and documents should be fully submitted on the first day of the course.
- In case you cannot attend the lesson, or have to leave early, or come late, you must inform a member of staff before and if necessary, provide all the relevant documents to rearrange the course date.
- We reserve the right to refuse / withhold certification from any applicant if they do not satisfy any criteria or if any relevant information is withheld from BSGS College Leyton at the time of the booking.
- Any link of abuse will not be tolerated to members of staff and teachers, if the candidate does not meet this requirement, they will be withdrawn from the course and no refund will be given.
